Mango & Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

An easy and fresh smoothie bowl made of just two ingredients, mango and yogurt. Simple but with a yummy taste! Recipe for 2 Jumbo Bowls:

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of frozen mango in slices
  • 25g of plain yoghurt (1 coffe cup approximately)

TOPPINGS

  • Coconut grain
  • Granola or cereals
  • Seasonal berries

METHOD

Just 2 quick steps:

  1. Blend the yoghurt with the mango slices until smooth and creamy
  2. Serve in your Jumbo bowl and add the toppings for decorating and boosting crunchiness
